Only the exterior, because I painted the insides myself. The doors fit poorly, there are dents on both rear quarter panels, and welds to hide .

Let us know. This continues to be a big unknown for me and the cost quotes range from ridiculous to impossible.

I took my old truck to a body shop for a quick “not-a-real-quote-rough-price-to-make-pretty” kind of a thing. The guy immediately started talking about where to source a bed, a hood, doors, and a cab. I’m like, “umm why don’t I just buy a different truck.”
Like, I get that mine had some rust that may have been easier to replace whole panels than to repair, but still.
Another shop
took one look and said, “$3-$6k”

I’ll be curious what they come back with. I’m guessing around 3- 5k to make it presentable and around 10k to make it nice.

Have you considered the $50 Rustoleum paint job?

Yep, the guy is a Mini specialist, I’m sure he’ll do a top job, and even he said From $ 0 to $ 5k

Thats reassuring. I guess bodywork is going to be the big expense for me then.
